Child with down syndrome medical aid does not want to pay for child to go to theatre, please make an exceptions for this sweet angel

It is a great concern that this medical aid will not even consider to pay for a child who is in severe pain to go to theatre to get her teeth fixed. This is not any child but a very special and dearest angel. The child has down syndrome and is in so much pain. The doctors can not fix this in the rooms as the child will then be scarred for life. We are not asking for them to break the rules just bent a bit for a child in need of urgent surgery.
