Cancelled in September - still deducting money!!!

<p>On 1 Sep 2016 I've sent through my letter to give notice of our cancellation with Medihelp - they still deducted on 1/10/2016 - I then made sure during Nov and Dec that the fee didn't go through and forwarded my cancellation email again in December - they then rep**** and said they didnt receive my cancellation and they will only cancel membership from 1/1/2017 - which they still didnt do because again they tried to deduct money and sent me a letter today stating that I owe 3 months' fees - I will not pay this, I gave my notice in advance and are members of a different aid from 1/10/2016</p>
