Can`t get medical aid cover

September I left discovery to move over to a new medical aid, I app**** in October for necesse but to my surprise nothing happened. I have been phoning them but they only say they will get back to me but never do I only have 2 phone records of them phoning me on the 5 th of November and 8 th October. My biggest problem with this is if i move to a different supplier now the i have to wait 3 months before i can get medical aid because they made we wait and no service. It is going for just over 2 months now to get medical aid, I have asked to speak to the manager but they put me on hold for about 30 min and then the line dropped and i have complained to the call center that i am not getting service three times and still nothing. In all honesty I have no more hope of ever getting a medical aid from this company
