Can't get chronic medication

I have been unable to contact Faranani Health Services (Medihelp's appointment medication delivery provider) for the last 3 days. We are awaiting my wife's chronic medication, which she desperately needs. We sent all the required documents to Medihelp and Faranani, over a week ago, and no one can tell us what the status is. please can someone assist as Faranani and Medihelp can't seem to give me an answer. Faranani is Medihelp's service provider, and if they can not deliver on their service, it is medihelp's problem. Faranani doesn't even answer their phone.... terrible service
