BEWARE - 4 MONTHS WAITING PERIOD ON SAVINGS OWED WHEN CANCELLING

I contacted Medihelp today to find out about the cancellation process as I can no longer afford a medical aid with a massive amount of savings that is just piling up. I need to cancel my medical aid now for it to be cancelled 31-07-2024 which I understand and get my savings back from Medihelp in order to cover my day-to-day medical expenses if needed. Unfortunately I have been informed that I need to wait 4 MONTHS to get savings back that is owed to me which I find ridiculous. I asked the lady if there is anyway that I can submit a request for early release of the savings, but there is not. So now I need to cancel my medical aid, which I can no longer afford and I won't have any day-to-day assistance for 4 MONTHS. How is this possible? Please direct me to someone who is actually willing to assist me as I am in dire financial straits.
