At this moment I am very upset with medihelp, After some very bad trauma that I experienced I have been diagnosed with Depression and need to go see my psychologist every week for my own mental health. When looking at my statement I saw that you are deducting the sessions from my day today benefit even though there is a separate area for PSYCHIATRIC TREATMENT OF A MENTAL HEALTH CONDITION. When contacting medihelp,I was notified that you will first deduct everything from my day to day and only after that you will deduct it from the specialised area. I truly feel this not fair. Now my day to day is totally depleted for seeking mental well being??? what if I get sick? now I cant go to the doctor because the day to day is depleted due to my PSYCHIATRIC TREATMENT OF A MENTAL HEALTH CONDITION.
