Bad service response again no results.

Second time im doing this.

In January in hospital procedures were done. They were all supposed to be paid. Most if them were paid and one was not. This was all done in hospital. I NEED THIS RESOLVED. I have sent mail to claims and Enquiries and nothing is moving. This is pretty bad service again
