Bad service medihelp

I have been trying to order chronic medication for the past 3 days for my mum and sister,however the agent that I speak to is not willing to listen or assist. He seems to be arrogant and is more concerned about who is right or wrong!

We have forwarded the scripts on 03/12/201 and resent them again on 07/12/2021. I did receive confirmation emails and sms as usual to contact medihelp to confirm order,but this time around the agent(waylin),to me,seemed very unhelpful and not willing to go the extra mile and assist. This is the first time that I have spoken to an agent that is so rude at medihelp. All I am trying to do is order chronic medication for my mum and sister as we received a call from medipost on monday to contact medihelp and order the medication.
