BAD SERVICE
My name is Xolani Zikhali, id no;***. i called medihelp to assist me with a letter stating that they don't keep records older than 7 years. i need my medical certificate by since they old they dont have them on the system.
i wanted to have that letter so i can submit to sARS as proof that indeed they dont keep older records.
