Bad Reviews from Clients.
I have just joined Medihelp, a few days ago,and i am a bit concerned about 85% of the client reviews are very bad, regarding Authorisations that are denied and declined, claims not being paid, high co payments, clients with grave illnesses being denied procedures within the PMB structure, this alarms me to a great extent and its making me think if i have made the right choice in entrusting Medihelp as my service provider if they have almost no concern wharsoever towards their clients.

24 Sept 2022, 12:12If i ever had a situation where i had to be Admitted to hospital with a medical emergency or a procedure and had to wait for Authorisation and eventually its declund then i would honestly not want to be part of an orginisation that just does not care about their clients, i would love to hear from Medihelp and a SENIOR adviser regarding all these bad reviews and perhaps wxplain why so many clients cimplain about the very same issues each time, clearly there is something very badly wrong.
