Bad medical aid Medihelp

I will never recommend Medihelp to anybody. They are a bad medical aid. No help when you need them. My husband lost function in his legs and we have been to their back and beck centre,which did not help. Now my husband can't walk now and they still refuse to help even if neurosurgeons say an Operation is the only way before he loses all function. We have been sent up and down and we are not helped because of Medihelp. Worst service ever. They don't care about people and their health at all. Why do you have a medical aid. Please do not go to Medihelp
