Bad Customer Service / Chronic Medication Dispen*****t
<p>I submitted my PMB completed forms & script, communicated it was urgent a week later I still had no feedback, my chronic medication ran out & their Pharmacy still had not received my script, after raising my concerns I was treated with complete & utter disrespect by Medipost. My complaint to Medihelp was brushed off and they passed the buck. The communication between the Member, Medihelp and Medipost was ********** and I'm still without my chronic medication & I was informed that there were no places I could pick up my chronics in my residential area when ready. The areas they refered me to were extremely dangerous, half an hour drive from my place of residence & not open at the times & days I can collect. This is unacceptable!! </p>
