Bad customer relations

They don't care about the people it's all about the MONEY. I cancelled my medical aid through my broker in December, and started a new medical aid in January. I made quite a few claims to the new medical aid in January. It turns out that my medical aid was never stopped with them. After sending them proof of my cancellation email, plus the fact that I didn't use any of their services in January, they're still forcing me to pay for the January instalment. I would never recommend them to anyone.
