Very poor customer service. Took out medical aid via Care line Financial Services. Never used the medical aid because We never received the medical aid cards. The lockdown happened and I lost my job. I then immediately canceled the medical aid but they still handed me over. I will tell everyone not to ever use Medihelp!!!!!!!!
