Awaiting Authorization

I sent an Email for a pre-hospital authorization on Wednesday up until today it's still pending and I'm suppose to be at the hospital on Tuesday, they are not saying anything I keep calling them which they even take long to pick up calls. I keep waiting in pains for an authorization I don't even know I will get or not.
