Avoid Medihelp like the plague!
Medihelp is the worst medical aid I've ever had! Ive been battling with an unpaid claim since Dec 2017! I had hospital pre approval and triple checked all the codes but after the procedure they kept on changing their mind about what numbers they will pay for! PS some drs even refuse taking patients from Medihelp due to their non payment history!
