Authorizations declined

I was admitted in February, medical aid declined to pay for that admission. I had gotten motivation letter from physician, since letter was sent no updates whatsoever. My saving has been depleted since admission, when I enquire zero responds received. I am currently having to pay R27 000 to service providers , it is frustrating indeed. You hitting the wall. No communication but montly they debiting money for medical aid, that doesn't even help you in time of need. If I had money I wouldn't be paying medical aid on monthly basis. I paid so I can have care in time of need. My back up was actually in vain. It would have been better to sit at Casualty for days in the government hospital, than paying money for zero and end with so much financial and emotional strain.
