Authorization letter ignored

Sooooooo here we are AGAIN. Trying to claim from medihelp again. Why is it that one has to fight for your own hard earned money. So we all know that orthodontic work is not cheap and i contacted my medical aid to help me. They provided me with an authorization number and promised to repay firstly some of the deposit as well as a portion of the monthly instalment. So when the time came used my hard earned salary to pay the deposit and submitted the claim to medihelp thinking that they would pay me back and i could then do my monthly stopping as normal. but it got denied not once but twice. Leaving me in financial trouble. Eventually i had to be a ***** and i got my money back. so this month i submit my claims for the monthly instalment (that i have authorization for) and i get a statement back saying they cant pay my claim due to no authorization given. if this is not enough i had to fight for months to get my money back for the birth of my daughter. So medihelp tell me this, why do you require us to get authorization which is in itself a lot of work if it means nothing as it ignored 90% of the time. why do we have to fight for what is ours and what you promised. Why do people have to throw a complete ****fit before you react.
