Authorisation such an headache.
I have been hospitalized yesterday due to a severe flu that caused my chest to act up. Because it was an emergency and outside medical aid hours. I was admitted anyways. This morning authorisation was sent and they informed me that they have to investigate. I dont have a problem with the investigation. However I need this to be sorted out immediatly. I gave all information that was required. Even my doctors details. What is amazing is I called the call center and they have informed me that everything was submitted. Just awaiting the labs response. What is going on. I have the hospital breathing on me. I am not well. And top it off I must b stressed with my own medical aid. Which I am paying R3100. I emailed I called. I emailed again. I went on the live chat as well. Still nothing. CAN SOMEONE ASSIST
