Atrocious admin by Medihelp

I would like to speak to someone ASAP as I aspect those funds back in our account today still.

So this is still not sorted out after numerous phone calls with them. After speaking to client services this morning, a supervisor from their subscriptions department called me a few minutes ago & tells me we need to wait until the 20th of December bear in mind this debit order went off on the 1st December) for our refund as they can only do it with one of their payment runs. Utter bull because I work for a medical aid scheme & we do manual payments for our members all the time. She was not interested in assisting me at all. I was becoming quite agitated so I just ended the call - she tried calling me back & I just ignoed it. She then calls my wife & all a sudden she wants to speak to the manager to action a manual refund simply because I told her we will be terminating this membership before it even starts.

We are done with Medihelp as this has been nothing but a headache from the start of the application process!!!!!
