Appauling service of Medihelp !!!

Absolutely horrific, shocking, appauling experience with this Company!!! I have been on a few other medical aids and never in my life have I experienced such incompetence. This company literally only works on your claim when you follow up with them. I had to make several phone calls as well as emails, I had to resort to speaking to team leaders and supervisors but still no joy. My request for pre-authorisation of admission was put through in November 2018 and after following up almost daily with them still in January 2019 no pre-authorisation was received. The Agents are unhelpful and ***********! The only time my query was resolved was after i lodged a dispute with the Council of Medical Schemes. Literally 2 days later I received the pre-authorisation I sought for almost 3 months. They didnt at all care of the severity of my health situation. Absolutely shocking service not just as a Medical Aid but as a Service Provider as a whole.
