APPALLING SERVICE AND ****** MEDICAL SCHEME
If anyone has ever considered Medihelp as a medical aid scheme...... Please do not opt for this medical aid. They rip people off their money and they are very unprofessional. when you have to make a payment on you medical aid (in the case of a deceased member) they harass the family to make a payment, threatening with legal action and not once requesting executor or estate details, however when they owe the family money, they refuse to give any information and then force you to send executor details. They are unprofessional and a ****** medical aid
