I'm disgusted at the lack of service and complete lies from you guys. I have been phoning for 3 days now and three different consultants give me three different answers - and on top of it they're freaking rude! <br> <br> Didn't get the first consultants name, but Jerome - I'm still waiting for you to call me back and Karika, your attitude stinks! This is a serious matter that CANNOT wait and yet I am given no direction nor commitment.<br> It was confirmed that the medical aid has received my chronic med motivation, then Jerome tells me they haven't and I'm to send it to another email, this morning Karika tells me to resend it with a reference number! What is going on Medihelp! You are playing with my unborn baby's life!<br> <br> Get your act together - this is pathetic!
