Accounts in a MESS!!!
Every time I submit a claim, there are issues. The medical aid refunds the Dr or lab instead of me and then there is a huge confusion! Come on guys, when I submit a claim it's because I NEED TO BE REFUNDED - The Dr or lab doesn't need to be paid twice! <br> <br> Get it right! This is inefficient!
