Please send me an email address for your accounts (manager or supervisor). I need to contact someone regarding my so called outstanding bill from January February 2014? Also the fact that you couldn't get hold off me, but then after months did get hold of me on my work phone where I've been working for 5 years. Also I need to send you medical bills you need to reimburse me because according to you I was still on your medical aid during this period of time.
