Absolutely useless service!

I spent the morning from 9:00 to 12:00 trying to get through to the helpdesk. Waited longer that 4 minutes every time,I phoned at least 5 times,listened to music all the time.<br> I have not got the money, my pension is small, to keep on phoning. Surely more people have complained, what is the problem?<br> I want to know why am I paying R88 for every doctor's visit all of a sudden? Why was I not informed about this?<br> Why this all of a sudden?<br> <br> Please either phone or sent me an sms, I have to travel by car to get to an Internet cafe to check my email, do not go unless I know I have email.<br> <br> Name: P G Raats
