A very rude network option doctor and a supposed consultation?

I went to a network option doctor and I didnt feel welcome nor comfortable. The doctor took blood from me and I don't even know why. When he checked my eyes, he said they're pale and that's when I pointed out that I'm anemic. Honestly, I thought doctor's have to listen to the symptoms one has before drawing inversions from one symptom. When I tried explaining similar past symptoms, I was told that I am not a professional so I'm not allowed to say certain things. If anything, it felt like I went to the doctor so he can decide my symptoms for me. I felt ridiculed for not remembering my past medication or certain things. On top of that, while I was waiting in the reception, I could hear the doctor shout at a patient.
