A medical aid that has zero compassion, care and understanding for a cancer patient

Medihelp has to be the worst of the worst. Lack of empathy, lack of care, lack of compassion. Never in my life heard of a medical aid that needs a letter of motivation for a cancer patient (registered on your oncology program!!!) that needs the doctor to explain why it is needed for 2 tumors to be cut out. It must be incompetence at its finest. Medihelp has ALL the patient's information, including histology reports saying the patient has cancer. Yet you need a letter of motivation and mammograms on why BASIC surgery is required for a patient ON YOUR CANCER PROGRAM.

To deal with Medihelp has been the most stressful, agonizing and heartbreaking experience. It actually stresses our family out more than the cancer. You guys have no competence or understanding and the way you handle cancer patients is disgusting.
