I have been on Medihelp for more than 5 years. I am currently paying R1800 per month for Dimension Prime 2. I have not received any account statements for 2015 untill I requested it in June 2015. Now I heard that my savings account have been decreased to R2000 per yearSo now I have R2000 per year for GP visits, dentist appointments and general medicyne. This is outrageous!! <br> <br> When I phoned your call centre today to enquire why my savings account went down from R4000 to R2000 I was pleasantly informed that I was notified via email. How can you change something so big on my medical aid without ensuring that I am aware? if I received statements from Medihelp as prescribed by law , I would have noticied and tracked my account. Now I am left with a R2700 Dentist bill because I was unable to look at my savings and unaware that it was decreased by 50%. People overlook emails-It is your responsibility as my medical aid provider to make sure that I am informed about changes. I will not recommend your pathetic medical aid to anyone and will be changing ASAP!!
