5 stars for MediHelp

The fact that I didn't drive half of the call center staff insane over the past two weeks just shows how amazing they are at their work. Pre-authorization for surgery started off rocky but the competent and professional personnel assisted without failure. I've been a member of Medihelp for 6 months and I've only experience friendliness and an eagerness to help whenever I've had any inquiries. Would highly recommend.
