How does a Paediatric ward not have beds for parents who’ve been checked in with their child for an emergency. The nurses on duty claim there’s no beds but there are empty beds in rooms 9 and 16. It’s the worst when the nurses think you can’t understand their language as the debate what to do when they see I’ve caught on to the issue. Heartless

Extremely unsatisfactory and frustrating service after visiting as private patient. No medication, no diagnosis just prescription and told to return should I not feel better. After 3 weeks I'm feeling worse
