Pathetic Administration and Customer Service

Pathetic admin for follow ups and feedback. Once leaving the hospital, I've not been contacted for bookings of medical tests, to see a doctor, results of tests.

It's DIY and it becomes fairly difficult to get hold of the appropriate person it is you need to speak to.

Surprised by the low level of service I've been receiving.
