medicall insurance (my eye this is just taking our money with no results) there is no help here just *****ing our money.

<p>This is the second time I have tried to use this medical policy THIS IS A ****!!!!!</p> <p>took my husband to the Kloof hospital today as he is not being able to eat anything as his asophigas burns and he has difficluty in swolling and in turn he has lost so much weight due to not being able to eat.</p> <p>Had him to our general GP which said he could not help him we had to take him to a specalist only for us to find out that Medicall does not cover any specialist and any proceedure for carmeras to be swallowed etc.</p> <p> </p> <p>what do we pay for if we use this medicall for day to day they do not cover any thing and it is just a croc****!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>we pay R1400.00 per month for what!!!!!!!!!!!! I have never been so disappointed in the staff at the day to day proceedure .</p> <p> </p> <p>The 24 Hour hospital authorzation seem to be helpful but they are also saying that the proceedure are not covered so what if one really needs to be admitted to hospital we might as well just lay at the hospital door and die????????????????????? what help is medicall.</p> <p> </p> <p>MEDICAL WILL NOT BE RECOMMENED BY ME..</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
