Media Store Middelburg

My screen protector broke and Vodacom referred me to Media Store Middelburg Mall,my screen had a hairline crack I wanted to put a new screen protector on (NB my LCD was not damaged) they helped me and put on a new screen protector. The guy pressed so hard on my phone screen that he brutally damaged my LCD without warning me beforehand that he could possibly damage my screen or LCD. I went in and asked what would they do to fix the damage they caused. The guy that helped me was arrogant and did not want to help me at all, he told me that they won't help me it was not their problem I should have known that my LCD can be damaged, I don't know anything about phones or the way they do things at phone shops.
