Useless telephone system
You have to fight and shout before any feedback is received. Telephone system is not functioning the way it was sold, and every other day it is out of order at present - it is as if they cannot resolve the issue or do not want to resolve it.

02 May 2018, 16:32Today is another day where our incoming calls had to be diverted to a single cell phone due to incoming call quality issues. When follow ups are made by ourselves we are advised that a certain technician is still investigating the issue - with no results. It is a matter of shouting and screaming again before you get any results. NOT TO MENTION THE BUSINESS WE ARE LOSING DUE TO INCOMING CALLS WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ANSWER!
