PATHETIC SERVICE DELIVERY AND UNPROFESSIONAL UNTRAINED PERSONNEL AND SERVICE

Our business had our telephone systems installed by ME Systems. We are always struggling with our accounts, if we receive an account at all. I have to calculate my monthly account payments myself, due to the fact that payments are not allocated on their system. Today they decided it is time to terminate my service, thus after I made payment on the 1st of March 2018 and the proof of payment was send via email when Christelle Marx finally decided that it was time to send an account. When I phoned today from my cell phone to inquire as why our telephone service was terminated, I was told that they did not receive payment since Dec. 2017. Thus after I've send proof of payment on the 06th of March 2018 when Christelle send an email requesting proof of payment. I rep**** to her email and send the proof of payment as per request. Clearly ME Systems personal is not very unprofessional and untrained and it is a terrible reflection on the company. It is also clear that they do not do proper bank reconciliations. If they did they would have seen the payment on their bank statements. Clearly they do not read their emails either.
