ME Systems - Judging small business?

We have had the most terrible experience from this company. As we rent a switchboard from them. First they want everything on email and when you do place it on email they still don't do anything. It took me over almost a month to get them to our office just to explain the system to me and do some changes. Then we move on to accounts. Lady that deals with our account disconnected our lines during this lock-down period. And when invoice was requested by my colleague no answer was given. Finally after a long struggle we got hold of her supervisor Tinkie. Who also does not reply to emails if it comes to questions about the incident. No apologies for they were in the wrong nothing. But if you request an invoice they will send it quickly. They make us feel like we nothing cause we a small company. But they judging a book by its cover. Is this how they treat everyone of there small business clients or just us? I have to wonder....
