ME Systems

In July 2014 ME Systems install a VoIP system for my company. ME Systems promised that they will give me a big saving and more reliable service than Telkom. Since installation is been done I had one long battle with ME Systems. ME Systems promised that they will cancel all services from Telkom. A thing that did not happened, still get accounts from Telkom and after speaking to ME Systems I must still pay Telkom, ME Systems promised they will let me know when data run out. When phone do not work and I contact them about it the response is \your data is finished". Was force to find a solution myself to check data usage. Other problem is internet data and phone data is on the same sim card or LTE divice. So when I use internet I battle phone out or no calls come in. Was force to get IT specialist in and format all computers to make sure there is no problem with viruses and spyware on computers. This was after ME Systems said they will help to track data usage on each computer. Still wait for them. <br> After speaking to Jacque and Jaco and promises is been made and a solution is suggested but on my account. After agreement I still wail 4 weeks and nothing happens. """
