Full of Promises, Absolute Terrible Service

<p>When Me Systems first came to see us early Sept 2016 we were promised that we would pay almost half of what we were paying with our service provider back then. We were assured that all the phone lines & data lines would be switched by them and would become ours permanently and that they would take care of our current Rental agreement to take over the settlement. Needless to say none of this ever happened after trying numerous times to set up meetings with the sales rep and or manager we finally stopped using their services, but unfortunately are now stuck paying 2 rental agreements & had to pay 3 service prividers because of their lack of service & empty promises. We still to date receive calls to say: "Your line is down, do you perhaps know why?" , even though we've cancelled their service in writing. They have NO communication between departments and are horrible with keeping scheduled meetings. There is absolutely no benefit in using their services, in fact we ended up paying triple for phone service then what we originally had thanks to ME Systems. Extremely disappointed!</p>
