Pathetic Service , Please do not put your business in their Hands , they will make you suffer to sell they are amazing but after sales service horrible , lines are consistently down they are ****ing our business nothing is being done.

Unfortunately your last mile connection,i.e. the MTN connection experienced problems yesterday,as was explained to you.
This issue was resolved in about 2 hours time.
There was an appointment made for a technician to be on site today,to change the last mile connectivity to another provider.
