WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

I have had the worst service ever from MDS Collivery.<br> <br> Firstly they get my orders mixed up<br> secondly they deliver my clients invoice to his client who wasn't suppose to get the invoices<br> thirdly they tell my client they cant pick up his order because it wasn't ready on 17/02/2015 IT WAS READY SINCE 11/02/2015<br> and now a few days later another client calls me and freaks out because they didn't receive the parcel and on the MDS website it says failed, NO ONE CALLS YOU TO EXPLAIN!!!!!<br> when you call managers to make an appointment they say Ill call you back to come and see you THEY NEVER DO!!!<br> I'm so over this bad service and we get charged for this...
