Withholding delivery, misleading communication / tracking information

<p>I ordered a device online. That company sent me details with my tracking number from Collivery which on their website it still says "Delivery by 4PM 20th December" however when I called the tracking company earlier because I had not received any notifications earlier - They told me it would not be delievered today because there was and issue with supplier payments. However why would the website not change the delivery date / notify me about the change? </p>
