Unreliable, poor deadlines and bad client service

Package to be collected yesterday morning, driver **** and said he could not get access to our premises, so it was simply left there until we escalated the matter this morning. I get shoved from pillar to post, get voicemail, get cut off. I eventually ask for a manager, General manager, Vernon's phone goes to voicemail leaving me a secondary contact person, William. William says the package will be collected today, he promises it will reach the recipient by 3pm today. Its 6pm now, so we pay for overnight, but the package takes two days to reach its destination. now William does not answer any calls or smses.

We are cancelling services with this company, very unreliable bunch
