********* and bad service

I have just been repudiated a claim from MDS Collivery where they smashed a desktop and screen in transit. Their reason for repudiation was that they say the packaging wasn't up to standard and that the person on the other side sign for goods in good order. The hardware was wrapped in bubble wrap and put into a box in good order and when opened on the other side had dents in the desktop and the screen was smashed open. If I had to post the pictures of the desktop and screen you would be amazed at how badly MDS Collivery handled our goods. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone as apparently the small amount of money we are asking to replace the units is more important than their reputation.
