Unacceptible

<p>. I've got a package that needs to be delivered to Tzaneen from Rebeltech in Jhb. The package was picked up on Tuesday morning. On Thursday morning I've received a message from you stating that the package is for delivery. Since today I haven't received my package. I phoned on Thursday 14:30 and spoke to a lady at the client services to find out what is going on. She promised me that the package will be delivered before 5. At 17:00 I phoned again and spoke to another lady. She let me hold the line for about 5 min. She came back and said she cannot get hold of the driver. She took my number and said she will phone me back as soon as she got hold of the driver.</p> <p>At 17:30 I phoned your offices again and was told they cannot help me because everyone is gone. I get the impression that the last lady I spoken to at 5, just have the attitude of " why bother, I am going home, they can wait till Tuesday next week" At 17:40 I've phoned Themba Nirghin on his cellphone. He said that he will worked on it, and he did. At 18:21 a guy from RWS Couriers phoned me and said he cannot get hold of the driver, he gave me the drivers phone number. I've phoned him and he immediately answered. Have a long story about a bakkie that broke down, which is not my problem. He promised to deliver my package for me early this morning. I need it urgently as I am running a home business and are on the internet 24/7, and it is my internet router. Well it is now 11:05 and I still haven't received my package as promised. I tried to phone the driver and he just don't answer. I phoned RWS Couriers again and they promised to deliver it to me on Saturday, which is tomorrow. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!</p>
