Terrible

If I could rate lower than 1 I would. Absoulte worst courier company! They mixed up addresses. To compensate they then reassured me on a certain delivery time (for which I arranged someone to be available to accept the parcel) but arrived 1hr 15 minutes later than scheduled. No sense of accountability from the staff, if you try to call you will be transfered multiple times to different people.
