Staff Claims that Due to the Knysna fire my package could not be collected on 2 June 2017 in Knysna

<p>After 2 days of phone calls, no one at the office can explain to me what happend to our collivery. It had to be collected on 2 June in Knysna and deliverd to Port Elizabeth on 6 June. The package was never collected. I can't trace it on their website. This morning I had the worse response to my question..... due to the Knysna fires it could not be collected!!! There was no fire on 2 June 2017.................. Can someone of Collivery please explain to me what happend to the level of service I am used to????</p>
