Shockingly poor customer service
This is the worst courier company I have ever dealt with. Called their customer service team to find out the whereabouts of my delivery. After waiting in the queue from caller 9 to caller 1, the call was cut off (x2). When I finally got to speak to someone, she refused to give me her name and then promptly cut the call! Avoid this company.
