Shipping disaster

I received the worst service from this company. I paid them for shipping a washing machine from cape town to Johannesburg. They promised to pick up the machine at 12 PM only to arrive 3 hours later. The guy picking up the machine kept complaining that they shouldn't have sent him, he only picks up small parcels. The guy was rude and was dragging and scratching the machine. After I complained they obviously didn't take me seriously because they didn't wrap the machine and it was severely damaged. They have not assisted me as yet for the damages and inconvenience. They keep passing me from one person to the next. Absolutely horrible service.
