Same script different cast. These couriers are all the same sadly

Moved my business to them thinking I’m running away from Courier Guy’s incompetence and inability to take responsibility. I was well aware that they are more expensive but was willing to pay more for better service.

To my surprise besides the very nice, very helpful and efficient employee of theirs who collects my parcels each day there’s actually no difference. The only difference is that now I pay twice in price as they are ridiculously expensive and each parcel I’ve ever sent and no matter how much I think I’ve gotten the dimensions right they just further always find a way to increase the price and hold the parcels no matter how urgent they are until I pay the money they claim I owe.

Time to move back to the devil I know then Courier Guy and at least they are way cheaper in all their nonsense.
